press and hold any icon and they all start to shake.
then just drag them around as you wish
press the home key to finish (thats the button at the bottom on the front)
with the latest iTunes, you can also arrange them from there (click on your device and then go to the apps tab)

WMV are Windows Media files. Don't think you can play those on the iPhone. But there are converters on the web. One example at
www.videora.com (which I haven't tried myself so I don't know how good or bad it is).

1st question ... how the FRACK do I remove the SIM card? the tool only moves it 2mm away from flush, can't pull it out.
