Of course it is, but did I say anything which is not true?
You are judging NB by comparing two completely different shots, one with flash and the other without, different exposures, different ISO and shutter speeds... Sorry but that does show that you must know little about photography.
EDIT. @ Sassho - Yeah, some shots seem to have that, but I would not call that a perspective distortion problem.

only the satio has a wrong setting, because it has face detenction

Well, I will give away my Satio tomorrow. For me the N8 suits me better. Is it the BEST cameraphone? I donīt know.....and I donīt care
It is simply the best complete package adjusted to my needs: a very good camera, way better video-recording (especially the sound!!) and an nice OS.....and so on.
So before giving it away I tried to do some night-shots. I have to say that a propper comparison without a tripod seems to be impossible. With both phones in night mode I was not able to get a steady shot with my Satio. When in
night-mode, the Satio-display lags as hell and its focus is set to infinitiv while the N8-display reacts as fast as ever and still has auto-focus. Or I did something wrong with the Satio.
So...these shots where taken in absolut cloudy dark. All scenes whre just lit by streetlamps or lights from the buildings.

Obviously I used the wrong settings with the Satio and changed the N8 resolution by mistake. That making the comparison worthless and giving wrong impressions. So I deleted the pictures!
Note: The last pictures where named wrong by me, when uploaded to Imageshack, but the "better" ones are still from the N8. Check the EXIF-Data, if needed. So...with my limited abilities, I would say the N8 is better for darker surroundings.
And again: a propper comparison would need a tripod.

Let me guess you've put Twilight Landscape mode on Satio
As it's name says, it's only for landscape pictures. If you want to shoot closer objects, choose Twilight Portrait

Right. Since the Satio and the N8 both offer Twilight Portrait I thought the "Night" and "Twilight Landscape" would be equal as well, just with different names. Hmm....my fault.
Will try it again tomorrow morning!

Apart from the fact that these shots depict completely different scenes, the N8 shot has been taken @ ISO-800, whereas the Satio shot has been taken @ ISO-100.

No agree. N8 principle have big blur on right side or many other places. Sensor is BEST but optics is WORSE. I don't understand how Zeiss made a such bad optics?

Sorry, but one cannot simply say that the N8īs optics is worse.
In terms of corner softness, I guess that both the Satio and the N8 are pretty much on par, and thatīs bad, I agree.
But in most other areas the N8 seems to fare better than the Satio.
It has virtually no coloured fringing (even though it can be software corrected - my Nikon D5000, for instance, has automatic purple fringing correction) and it also seems to handle flare better than the Satio.
Besides that, apart from the edges, where the blur takes place, its resolved resolution is quite impressive. People into photography know that if you attach a poor quality lens (i.e. kit lens) to a DSLR, you may end up with shots that do not resolve the total sensor resolution.
The Canon 550D is an example of that. If you buy it alongside its kit lens, youīll not be able to achieve all those 18 Mega Pixels.
