DOes anybody has a cam driver that has a fast shutter? in all this cam driver they all have slow shutter, so when i move a little when i take a picture the picture will blur, sucks........... so for me the beginner does anyone has a cam driver that has a fast shutter with a good quality image?

I think both Sarmad and Kriomag drivers will give you that result without fiddling with extra settings.

FINE mode is for day pic
Normal is For Night Pic (( if you use Fine For night pic then you'll get a pic with some sort of effect
I add the super mode in the driver
macro off
vivid
macro on
-1.7 = zoom
-1.3 = contrast
-1.0 = brightness
-0.7 = yellow whitebalance
-0.3 = blue whitebalance
0.0 = manual focus
0.3 = SCENE
(( 1.0 normal,1.1 Portrait,1.2 Landscape,1.3 Nightportrait,1.4 Nightscene,1.5 sports,1.6 Beach/snow, 1.7 Document,1.8 Manual Exposure Scence. ))
0.7 = Shutter speed
1.0 = Exposure
