As regards King Kong... Mrs A was all sniff-sniff at the end of the movie.

What do you guys think of the new W810?

I think it's awesome... finally listens to complaints and removes the stupid joystick. I also dig the all-black-and-orange colour scheme for the new Walkman phones.
Most of the people complaining are those that own the W800i...The W810 should be cool on the MTN network with it's nationwide EDGE coverage.

BTW, King Kong was cool if a bit long...favourite part in the movie was the dinosaur stampede...the scene which must've lasted five minutes was awesome. I should add though that King Kong can't match any of the LOTR movies which are classics.

The movie was laced all over with digital effects...another cool scene was towards the end of their stint on the island when the critters decide to starting munching on them.

Can you guys believe that parents actually took their small kids to watch this movie which is unbelievable considering all the violence and gore...it's by no means a slasher pic but still parents should check out a movie before watching it with their kids- I doubt any of them had a good nights sleep.

Yeah, there were more than enough moments to make little kids poep themselves, particularly that 'critters' scene. The delightful Kong-worshipping local community of Skull Island will also no doubt contribute to this too.

SA have got to be the unluckiest side when playing the Aussies. That lbw decision against Smith, when the ball was clearly so high up on the knee-roll was another shocker against us, just as Prince's very controversial dismissal was earlier in the match. And then to compound things, the bloody rain hampers us again.
The only chance of an outcome now is, if the weather holds tomorrow, they will have to bat and bowl asif it was a ODI.
Otherwise the series is gonna be theirs anyway...'tis doomed,I tell ye.

Didn't follow the cricket this morning due to an early appointment but when I heard it was bucketing down i lost all interest...tis probably going to be a draw so why the bother?

South Africa shouldn't feel too bad, they gave it their all and once the convicts land on local soil next month it's going to be all out...me thinks the whole of Boksburg will be out in full force to back-up Andre Nel when he sends one flying against the opposition.

It's just that it would've been the icing on the cake to defeat the world's no.1-ranked team in their own (out)back yard in a test series. How often have we managed to do that?

BTW, that NEC 411i O2 PAYG special I mentioned not too long ago, which includes the Bush DVD recorder and B/T headset has just dropped in price; now £119.99. (approx R1350.)
Damn, it can be so hard to save money here with all the incentives and deals to tempt one, cellphone related or otherwise. A strong will and a very strong resistance to impulsive buying is a must!
