Actually 5 variants on AnTuTu
Z6 Mini 4.0", Z6 Compact 4.6", Z6 5.2", Z6 Plus/Premium 5.8", and Z6 Ultra 6.4". 3D touch will be included and the Z Ultra like stylus usage will also be included. If they're on Antutu guess we'll see them shortly.

I am absolutely overjoyed by the rumour that the new Ultra will be part of the Z6 family and not a late entrant to the Z5 family. I just hope it becomes reality. Hoping the new Ultra will share whatever the new design language is that the Z6 family will supposedly use.
I dunno if I should be bummed about the Ultra not having screen pressure tech, but that's alright

Pressure sense screen might not appear if they are after a ridiculously thin Ultra. Hope they include it though. Would be stupid not to.

Keep in mind that this is just rumor from an untrusted source. Same was said about the last Z-line family (Z5, Z5c, Z5 mini, Z5 music, Z5 ultra...) but at the end it was a false rumor. Last info from credible source said no Z6 in the first half of 2016. More likely a Z5 Ultra (with SD820) along with some mid-rangers in Q1.

AFAIK, in 1H16 if there's any phone it will be the Ultra, that's only if it there is a phone... most likely we will see tablets, but Ultra is possible also...
other phones, Z6 series mainly won't show before mid-year
It's still unknown if Sony will devote 2016 for the new design or it will keep it till the new flagships... in any way, the new naming ( wether it will be Z6 or a complete new series ) will go for the new design, otherwise they will be part of Z series

Designer says nothing about release dates.
Zackbucks is as credible as AnTuTu or leaksfly.
Now we have Z5 Ultra rumor from leaksfly which is in line with the Z6 Ultra specs. By the way we also had Z5 M rumors. So it is not music but mini I guess. Anyways releasing the phablet in 1st half seems logical since there is 0 competition.
