SEUS normally won't erase any file. Did you update with M2 inside the phone? That might be the case.

Hi guy,
I've tried twice this weekend to update to the new firmware over SEUS, and both times it has got to about 80% and then failed, rendering my phone useless. I've had to pay davinci team £14 to reflash twice (just finishing the 2nd one now) to resusitate it to the previous FW (uk generic 037). any one else had this problem?

haha lol i upgraded to the latest FW & one day later my phone won't turn on at all! all that turns on is the keypad. I just plugged my k850 into my computer and the power button on the top lit up red! (didnt even know it had a LED lol!) i actualy don't know what to do. Goin to take it back to Caphone Warehouse. thank f**k i got insurance, damn FW lol

OH YES me & my brother are looking at it & thinking what the hell is that! a red LED! its completly humped.
