Clark, i believe that there is an improvement on the P800's resolution after the upgrade. Before the upgrade, only Imagefix.sis can improve the resolution of the P800. But the R1Dupgrade has Imagefix embedded in it.
You can check the other threads here. Or look at
AllAboutSymbian for more comparisons. (Although you might not be able to view the pictures being compared if you're not logged on as a user)
So Denong, there is an improvement on P800 resolution.
