OK. If i'm not wrong you have to first download the Dial-up suite available from SE support site to let your Windows know that your phone is a modem.

Follow the guide then.

I've tried dat, i installed the T300 modem drivers and all too, but the phone connects to the Pc but thre is only 217bytes of data recieved and nothing happens, no more data is recieved ? Wot gives ? And thanks

Although it is for palm, but you can refer it for the setting values. Try with and without Initialization string.
