oh BTW davinci didn't work for me :s i held in keys 2+5 to enter recovery mode & its suppossed to give me the option to EROM update (0 credits) , but it wasn't on the list when i plugged it into davinci on 2+5 recovery mode, so i tried to update the FW & downgraded to R1CA037 but no luck.it just fails while on process. (i was on the latest R1EA031 (SEUS completly doesnt work for my phone it just says "update failed"
before the keypad lit up when trying to turn it on then nothing else happenned, now all that happenns is my mystery red LED of death. suppose i need to get off my ass get in the shower, head into town & rant at Carphone warehouse. I bet you they wont give me a contingecy handset.

personally i don't think this problem i'm experiencing has anything to do with the new FW i think it's purely down to corruption due to removing the phone while in Mass storage mode from my computer, but i'll let yu's kno anyway icase it is to do with the FW

guess its just yours..i was charging my phone on thursday..made a few call since then..wrote few sms..took like 30 pics with flash..my battery is 43%
btw: mine is 07W44 and on/off button its just plastic..or whatever are you discussing herE:)

i took my phone apart and it doesn't have an LED up there near the button, even if it did it wouldnt show throught the plastic button as its solid....hmmmmm strange?

The battery doesn't seem to have improved at all, its still just as awful as 038.
I've only had two and a half days out of mine, with no usage, and its at 35% already.
