For the magnetic cable charging, it should carry the 1500 mA current coming from the charger to be rapidly charged. I just don't know how non-Sony cables and chargers work on with the phones.
Unfortunately, as confirmed by the sales representatives in our local Sony store, quick charge only works with the standard USB port since the acro S.
Just received my Z1f yesterday, but not being able to use LTE, so I am returning it today.

@dibdin - you need to access google music from a computer/laptop. you can download any of your songs in your library from there, which you can then transfer to your phone. there are "download" settings in the mobile app, but I think this is for caching purposes only when streaming as I could never seem to find an actual download button to grab a track/album. You should still be able to view your library form the google music app, but if you wanted to play your music via walkman app or something, you'd need to download and transfer over.
Hi moogoo. Thank you for your post. I logged into my account to access my songs through 'google play music' via a computer as you suggested, but all i get coming up on the screen is when i click on 'My Music' i get a page saying 'loading music library' with what looks to be a search bar underneath, but does nothing when you click on it. There is nothing else on the screen at all. This is the first time i have experienced this type of issue, so it's all a new to me.
Any ideas??

The Z1 mini looks much better, more contrast, and sharper details, the noise level seems to be almost the same if you zoom in, maybe more evident on the mini due to the stronger contrast.
Hopefully this supposed new firmware update that was just approved, also comes with the same algorithm as the z1 mini.

where is the full size shot? Unfortunely noise is still horrible, but looks like white balance is not off by as much as before.

No full size provided. The above is a crop of a zoomed in 20MP sample.

Looks to me that it is the exact same picture... doubt if it is real. One has been "altered", to simulate the difference.
And when there are no full size original files...
