Idiots! A firmware upgrade doesn't take more than an hour. The people at Bombay accel are good. They take the phone and its done in half an hour! Call those morons and tell do you want itupgraded tomorrow within an hour.

i read somewhere on Esato that to fix all bugs like corrupt menu icons, and other random bugs which cannot be fixed by a firmware upgrade, you need to do a full format and re-install the firmware, has anybody even heard of this ? @govi - could you ask that guy u know in the service center and find out ?
Even after re-flashing, the problem still exists
Two menu icons are corrupt
volume goes mute after answering a call (or simply randomly at times) and some of the frames in camera are completely corrupt
