I don't thinks Sony will do it ... unless they will release Xperia Phablet as well with mid-range devices ..

Well Dogo isn't really a mid-end. Its either a small event or a press-release. I really hope Dogo comes with s600 now

Edit: Xperia Z ips(if it uses it) isn't that quality of the other IPSs but anyway I think it uses tft by a word from the company
So yea Dogo first Sony Mobile made phone and will use their ips tech
