i think it sounded great it was perfect for me so loud and clear.
yes i would like better quality fm radio, and louder backspeaker

v.8 isn't perfect. Bass line is great but.. But there lack of highs. If i want to have a real sound i must to rise equalizer last bars to the top
pedro can you to control an equalizer? If it's not so hard please remake v8. Add more higs when eq. bars in the midle. Does it possible? In my opinion v.8 now is for hard drum&bass. Im saying equalizer for highs is too soft.. Sound is very deep.

peter, thanks for explaining. it makes sense. but I must confess that I liked beta 3 so much more. version 6 & 7 [DRC-Off] are way too bass driven. bass is so deep it's not fun anymore. mids and highs are way too soft, like they were sounding through a thick pillow.
now i'm gonna try beta 8 and if it follows the same trend, then I'll have to make beta 3 my personal final.
sorry for the criticism, I guess no one can't please them all.

I have only tested the DRC-On version, but it is all I need. anyways I'll test DRC-Off too and see. Thank you peter for all the effort.
[edit] I checked the DRC-Off version and it's just as good or maybe better. (takes off one's hat) great job, sir!

I know. Good sound is only when equalizer last bars is rised to the top. It should be at the midle. I still preffer using v.3 coz its have perfect highs and almost enough bass. v.3 is just perfect, only need to add more bass
