@JGL actually mag 2 months na ang phone ko, pero twice lang ako nska experience ng 10sec reset, i make sure free ang drive c ko, all installations, pictures, video, audio are in my 64mb mem stick.

I meant that if they found that the problem is with the phone not the bat then I'd get a new one on warranty

badtrip nga didnt do a backup before I gave them my phone because I went there just thinking theyd give me a new bat. so di ko ngayon ma paupgrade.
Just called them, battery daw problema so they'll replace it on warranty

@golfer i bought my mem stick duo at singapore for SG$139.95 plus shipping about 4,241.00 Php, you have to choose the option of shipping, i choose fedex next day delivery. basta almost 5k including shipping.

MAJOR PROBLEM
Got my replacement battery, charge it on my phone for 4 hours and now my phone wont start. When i turn the power on, the the vibra with animated colors come in with the start up sound then everything stops with the white SE P800 screen. need to do a 10 sec reset to turn it off.
What do I do know?
Anyone from Semicon follow this thread or do I have to tell the whole story there?
