hey all ..

i am using Boysie99's elf pack .. & its working good ..

so the question is .. i don't want all the elf(default ones in the pack) running at the start up as it makes phone less responsive ..

i want only the call logger to run ..

can any one help me ??

Remove the elves that you dont want to run from the DAEMONS folder.

mech, you want elf to record calls automatically??? its very buggy for our models...
there is patch for k800 that does that..
see if firoz or boysie99 has it...

Yep there is an ELF and like Harsh said Patch seems to be better option.
But Patch records every call you make or receive while with the elf you can EXIT the elf if you want

...but the patch "Automatically Record Phone Calls" vkp has a serious bug (the K800 version anyway, don't know about K810). After recieving and recording of a call, opening the camera will result in a reboot. The patch has never been fixed by the author or may have been ported incorrectly. So I'd say the elf is the better option and like firoz said, you have the option to turn it off if needed.

thanks to boysie ... i pm'ed some expert modders & patch developers @ SE developers & one of them agreed to see if the bug gets resolved ..

But i never understood how to make it work.
But there is CALLMANAGER elf that worked for me.
I'll search and upload.. till then try this.
