Anyway realisticly if SE want the W995 to be succesfull it has to be priced competetley, so £300 (339 euros) sounds reasonable to me because the Tocco ultra editon is £350 (396 euros) and the inovo8 16GB is £350 (396 euros), the w995 doesnt stand a chane if it costs anymore, as we all know touch screen is the rage. Unfortuantley the W995 price will be £380 (430 euros) which is above all these which is a disastour for SE as the W995 lacks on pretty much on all fronts compared to the innovo and (arguabley tooco ultra) , if SE dont revise there pricing policy fast i fear se will be unable to to make a profit again

BUT samsung also really really CRAPPY batteries life.
YOU can take only 80 memorable pics during your trip with PIXON, while C905 will get that much better with not much difference.

What info FCC has and when it is available to the public is two different things. For the public the SAR value is usually available after the release at SEs site. You can of course dig around in FCC's archive if you want, but that is a different story.

Too bad no one buys a phone based on battery life, se wud be laughing

Anyway what about the flash on the W995 is it any good, hopefully its better than the one on the c902 where everyone looks really white, because it is a white flash

yeah!! a lot people here buy their new phone based on specsheet, not from real performance what phone produce.
It's quite bad imo because you will get them into charger almost everyday.

same PhotoFlash like C902 my mate quite good but still can't compare with xenon flash.
also working as torch very bright light really love this, because of W995 didn't have any lens cover but C905 have it.

A phone if accepted by the FCC or such would need to go to stores as well so they can know such things. It should have been already leaked by now but yeah whatever. Anyway wow its really bright? I love how they can make the LED work as a super bright torch but when it comes to taking pictures its slightly less bright. I bet some tweaking can solve that, no?

Sure, but that only requires a certficate from FCC stating the product is safe for the public (no details such as exact SAR values is required). The fact that lot of stores put up products for preorder before the product has even passed FCC should tell you something about what info stores require.
Nevetheless, still a nice phone.
