@nice eyes re making fma and sendfile work at the same time
to answer your question: yes that is possible. fma doesn't use MPM which sendfile uses therefore you can set a diffent com port for each to use.

But, why bother? FMA is capable of sending files to your phone. (Action menu>Upload - which is only visible when a phone is connected)

Hey! Fma is great prog! Keep up the good work.

I have some suggestions:
Phonebook sync works fine with the contacts that I create in FMA, but I'm not able to edit contacts that Fma downloaded from the phone's phonebook (editing contacts on SIM works fine). So will this feature be included in the next version?

I'm been trying to use FMA but have been encountering problems. I think that I could be out of place here. I'm not using a SE phone but a Nokia 7650 phone.

I got a Mitsumi BUD, running with Anycom Bluetooth Software, OS is Win2K. I got help from this forum on getting the mitsumi bud, anycom bluetooth software and my phone connected and running via bluetooth.

Even managed to get it to work with PC Suite. The setting of the bluetooth for local services is COM 5, client applications is COM 4.

Without mRouter (needed for connecting PC suite with the phone) running, I had set FMA to connect on COM 4, 115200 baud rate, RTS enable, DTR disable. I could not get any connection. The debug log is as below

I tried other COM on the hyper terminal to see if I can get a respond from the phone and I found it on COM 7 (which is the DUN).

i don't think the 7650 is listed as a compatible phone for the FMA

It doesn't work with the P800, and it is exactly the same case with SunnyPlus's 7650. I think P800 no longer considered an Ericsson's phone in this case, they (along with 7650) are all Symbian phone
