Those that say they have the S700 now are scams. Those that let you order one, probably arent. Some sites let you preorder your S700 so when it does get released, you get it straight away with no delays or shortages.
I think the reason why its still so far off though is the fact SE intend to make money from the K700 first. Releasing two excellent phones within a short space of time wouldnt make good business sense. It will take SE some time to iron the bugs out of the OS for the S700 too. Id expect it to be ready by at least August, but i think SE are holding it back because of the K700, and phones like the Nokia 7610.
Finally McKinley is right, Sweden are the world leaders in internet ISP's and connection speed. What that has to do with the S700 im not sure about either

SE is claiming that you can make calls from the phone book with the swivel closed but scrolling through your contact list to look for the person you want to call may be a bit tedious. You'll still have to open the swivel in order to type in letters to search. I hope they put in something to remedy this like pressing left or right moves you along the alphabet to make searching the phone book when the swivel is closed slightly easier.

I know this is a bit off Topic but to a previous comment i noteced that Japan have just launched the worlds first 26Mega Bit internet connection for private use, so i think Japan just over took sweden. Sorry to p*ss on anyones bonfire
I'm still baffled as to if/why/how the guy in the video says that it will have a 1GB mem stick and the white paper says it isn't pro, they must be releasing some new cards.. HMMM
we'll see

Sorry you are wrong.
Bostream is the only ISP in Sweden which have been offering 26Mbps for couple of months now and BredBandsBolaget is another ISP which offer a connection at 24Mbps through xDSL. BredBandsBolaget also offer 100Mbps through fibre optic cable which is really fast.

I might be wrong, as im trying to remember details i heard months ago, but in Sweden they have something like 36mbit connections for home users, which are (by far) the fastest in the world.
Back to the S700, i think the SE rep in the video got it wrong, he was probably misinformed as to the capacity of the Duo sticks that could be used.
