Thanks but when would I need to use it? I've not come across any vids that don't work but I haven't tried above 768kbps. The ReadMe text in that ZIP file says not to go over that anyway

If not then your duo might not be formated right but I'm not sure so it may be something different. I could see photos off my Z1010 memory stick fine though.
