W999i is not real... you can see here copyright Sony Ericsson 2004,but in XML file M610i or P700i, there is written Sony Ericsson 2007

Deciding only based on one clue, which in my opinion is a very poor clue
. Just check out the K800 profile, it also sais (C) 2004 ... but I don't think it was designed back then... or check the "Revision history". I'm not saying W999i is real, I'm just saying that there is no real proof that it's fake.

Quite right. It isn't unusual for high-end phones to be in development for years - at least two or three.
Also, the W999i index sounds to me like a working title.
probably have a few phones in development right now - its whether they make it to market or not.

176x220 doesn't sound like a high-end phone to me.
Maybe if that was the external display then maybe but 176X220 was mid-tier about 2 years ago. It would hardly be that even by todays standards.
