My friend just bought a brand new Note 3 and within 5mins of using it the back had to come off and battery removed because it froze up, it also feels light and flimsy compared to the Z1 and the whites are not as white as my Z1, view angles are great but not something I look for in a phone and the camera does a huge amount of post processing as the noise in a low light shot was considerably more than my Z1 resulting in a lot of lost detail in the shot

Your statement is a load of nonsense, if someone likes WP and Nokia then they will enjoy their Lumia1520 as much as you enjoy your Z1 due to it being an Android and Sony, if someone likes Apple, and doesn't mind what the iPhone lacks then they will enjoy their iPhone5S etc... It's all relative. I'm sure there are many people who are just as satisfied with their Nokia Asha low end 'dumb'phone as you are with your Z1, as for them their phone offers what they want and need. Enjoyment is down to what you need to enjoy something.
In the end its just a poll on a mobile site, majority of people who vote haven't even used or owned most of the phones and just vote for their favourite brand, it's meaningless really, don't take it so personally. Out there somewhere is another poll where the Z1 has crushed the Lumia1520 and vice versa.
