diba smartnet is using 2 computers for their upgrading?.... could it be the other computer has sw problem? and your phones were connected to that computer for the upgrade. Kaya not all of us has that problem..hopefully

@dan, the time when we upgrade our t68m to i sabi dun sa smartnet isang cpu lang daw ang ginamit. I went there last week to re upgrade sana but marami pa ata nakapila and that guy told me kasi isang computer lang ginamit, yung notebook ni GM...
