I don't have any problem with my x10.

- battery good except for the first week. Now easily past 24 hrs with 3g always on, browsing, email check every hour, texting, calls...
- charging time very quick
- alarm works perfectly.
- voice, sound... ok.. no problem.
- camera is very good, on par with my c905 excrpt for flash.

As of now, I don't really need any updates. But anything that can make the phone more perfect is welcomed.

Yes they do.

There was a thread over on XDA Developers about it

When the APN On(Juice defender off) I feel the phone gets warm.
Certainly there is a background update process that drains the Battery.
I'm going to disable APN's tomorrow. Let's see how the battery goes with out internet connection.

For those who want to Upgrade your battery. Mugen 1800mAh, and a 3600mAh. If you get the 1800mAh it will work with the original stock battery cover. Of course, the 3600mAh will be bulkier.

Finally Orange Dominicana has or will have the X10:

Seems I will have to wait now till it drops a few bucks though. But I'm happy it's hit our shores
