as rumored it seems Sony won't release any Flagship at CES 2014, so it make sense for Sony to use S800 in 2H Flagship this year.

Yep looks like old Sony was making last year specs in their flashgip
This time they will make next year specs

They said they are open to other OS, including WP8. I personally think if they are gonna go with a niche OS, they might as well go on their own with Vita OS, launch a marketplace/app store, integrate the book store, and launch an MP3/Music store and improve the OS while releasing Xperias on Android. There's no need to go to FF OS or WP8 OS at this point IMHO.
