maxis has launced its mms service... faynalee
but the service only allows sending to maxis numbers and e-mails
heres how to get on:
1. go
here, select mms and fill in the rest
you will receive the mms settings for your phone
2. write a new mms and send it to
mms@mms.maxis.net.my
you will receive 1 welcome mms and 1 sms with the logon password...
3. go to
http://www.maxis.com.my/mms and login there
you will be sent to some kinda webmail page
here comes the weird part...
you wont receive mmses directly on your phone...
instead you will receive a stupid sms with directions to view the mms on the site i mentioned earlier and the message even includes your password!!!
they musta left their brains at home cos thats strike 2!!!
we are given 50 trial mmses for free but it is said that they'll charge rm1/mms!!!
i think that should exclude the gprs charges?
STRIKE 3!!! they really done it this time...

ima grill them on the support line now
