So here is it
I. Problem description

Bluebay is a beautiful beach city where the most preferred means of commuting
is public transportation. Turtle Motor Corporation operates passenger buses in
the city of Bluebay. TMC runs a dozen echo-friendly buses across the city
almost 20 hours a day. Recently they found out that not all their routes are
making profit; they want to find out which are those routes and why.

People of Bluebay are very honest. They put in the right amount of money in the
ticket dispenser and get off at the correct stop.

Tickets are valued for the number of stops a passenger can travel with them. If
a passenger takes a ticket for 2-stop distance, he/she will get off at the
second stop from the boarding stop. Every passenger who uses TMC knows the
ticket rates and the places very well. The people of Bluebay are very prudent;
they don't over spend.

TMC has all the ticket data of the past six years with them. They want to
analyse the data. To start with, they want to build a program to find out how
many passengers used the bus between two given stops on a given trip. That's
the problem here to solve.

If you find that the description above does not cover all aspects of the
problem, you can make required assumptions. You need to document those
assumptions, if any.

Sample data is given in the file sample_data.txt. You should use this file as
the input for the program you write.

II. Sample Data and the Format Description

See the file sample_data.txt provided.

This is a Comma Separated Values (CSV) file. This file contains the ticket data
of one trip from stop-0 to stop-5. The first "column" indicates the Stop Number
and subsequent values in the row indicate the number of tickets dispensed for
1-stop distance, 2-stop distance, etc..

For example, consider the first line in the sample data file:

0,5,0,4,8,2

This indicates that:

The stop number is: 0 (the starting point).
Total tickets dispensed for 1-stop distance at stop 0 is: 5
Total tickets dispensed for 2-stop distance at stop 0 is: 0
Total tickets dispensed for 3-stop distance at stop 0 is: 4
Total tickets dispensed for 4-stop distance at stop 0 is: 8
Total tickets dispensed for 5-stop distance at stop 0 is: 2

The value "N" in rows indicates "Null". This means there is no possible value
for this field.

III. Expected Output

Here it is assumed that the program is tmc_pcount. To find out the number of
passengers traveled between stop 0 and stop 1:

guys, we got a problem, free GPRS is not working. it says forbitten. it worked last night. but now it says the remote computer refused. please post you expirence.
