@ayush: It doesnt have the software in this firmware, maybe they will include it in the next firmware update. you can PC sync it with the DKU-2 cable though.

Check out the Support site for 3220 ...in which the PC Suite V 6.41 (I think) says is has modem support for Nokia 3220 ..Check out the detailed table containing various features supported by PC Suite in various Nokia phones

u'd be better off with a normal GPRS phone, unless u need EDGE with a passion.
