The new firmware is good as it now has better performance and the speaker icon is now available while speaking. I had the bbconnect problem too. I just upgraded to the new BBConnect 3.45 and it works like a charm.
You can google bbconnect 3.45 and get the software.

ActiveSync is dead and I also cannot connect using POP3 or IMAP web accounts.

/6 is still not available. I've been using SE since the company started but i am loosing patience with its smart phone since they are not smart at all. Maybe should consider the w880 when it comes out.

anyone who was waiting for the update before the latest R9A... Are CDA`s getting updates in numerical order or do they come in random? Someone was mentioning CDA/8.. Is SE planing to go 9,10,11.. or do they make them on some other sort order?

mine has cda/79...if that will be the case then i will be getting my firmware next year...i just hate waiting for something that is just there but SE don't care...hope someone can inform people like us as when is our FW be released...
