i don't know bout ur phone, but as I said it's working on mine.
I only had to configure the Automatic keyLock (under the control panel -> security -> locks) and the automatic input lock after 1 min (control panel -> device -> screen saver)

can any one plz let me know how to send contact or vcard by sms in 990i. i tried but the message saves it self in draft and doesn't send to contact selected. please let me know if some body knows how to do this or know if we have a link to such a topic

I want the auto keylock to work in fc mode without using the automatic input lock.That should say i want the auto keylock to work in flip of mode without using the automatic input lock.

hi ares and all,

I've found and verified the problem:
MP3s encoded using Variable Bit Rate (VBR) will not play.

However, I still don't understand why it showed up only after a few days.

Or maybe it just so happened that I didn't play those files since I upgraded to R5A17? I can't be sure.

I'm reluctant to reflash as I really don't have the time.

I understand R5A17 has WMA and WMV support? Probably something to do with that.

Maybe someone else can confirm this bug.

Upgrade to symbian 9.3 (not uiq3.1, that is symbian 9.2) will take place roughly at same time of p700 release. Before that there will be another fw update (week 24 it seems)

And so it seems that SE is not even 'man' enough to fix that pathetic Low Alarm that they have put into that last fw. Se is really one crappy company.
