hey, today i found out that in "Document" mode (N1 3.25),
by using normal white balance,
it can handle color saturation very well, especially when the subjects are different color.
(finally i found the right settings to capture 97% of true color, well not really 97%, i mean the highest so far )

just that in document mode, we need to adjust the +EV manually so that we wont have overexposed picture.
but the downside of it, it cannot handle single color subject correctly,
for example (close up picture of yellow color mail) the color will be washed out.

but if the subjects got mix of color composition, especially dark + bright color, it handles very well.

but this happens only with LED on

see my ubuntu sticker for example. before this, the pinkish red shows as red, which is not true. It suppose to be pinkish red.

my other shots without flash. mind you the restaurant ambience lighting also quite poor.
i didnt turn on the led cos i dont want other people give me a stare

the document mode maybe looks too much contrast on 100% crop,
but usually I'll resize all my pictures to 800 X 600. So the hard lines is not too noticeable.

I couldnt believe that this photo was taken using "Document Mode"
EV is -0.3
ISO Speed Ratings = 80
Metering Mode = normal
Exposure Time (1 / Shutter Speed) = 1/320 second = 0.00313 second

it looks nice to me..

Sorry, not that I wanna double post, just that I wanna bump this thread up. =)

This is my HDR version of previous picture. Hope you guys like it.

The original picture has very little amount of noise. This contributes alot to better HDR image.
