Will have to wait and see if this is true because apple are due to release the update tomorrow i am not quite sure how a software update is supposed to fix a hardware issue though?

Maybe the software inside can be boosted in some way to pick up signals better but I guess it can be down to where the antenna is placed or maybe how good the antenna is. Mass your nearly as bad as I am nearly dropping it down the loo cos i actually did with my Elm

Terrible for finger prints the phone is though but I guess so is every touch screen


When I turned on the camera having a play it did flicker alot

@bonovox was the flicker on the iphone or camera screen? i've not experienced any flickers yet with mine.
It did reset itself today which worried me until it come back on and was ok.
