saw you browsing BOGs at GT. Tried to send you a PM but was still blocked. Seems you haven't found a solution to your login problems yet. Try to send an email to eric, the site's owner and admin, and explain your problem

Tested the Browning Hi-Power. It still has the best grip in the 9mm semi-autos for me. No wonder the SAS still favours this one.

G17,
yes the FN Hi-Power remain one of the reliable single action handgun around, much like its father, the 1911. and is the starting point for almost all of our modern handguns these days. the firing process concept, i mean. except that it seems these days a handgun can't hardly be called modern unless a big part of it is plastic.
and speaking of "Hi" something ....let's go to the present times, and here's a very Hi-Capacity new model. 20-rounds of kevlar-piercing ammo, thats what this FN Five-seveN can pack in.
(by the way....the model pictured here is the "civilian" version. and they will not sell the said kevlar-piercing ammo to civilians. they'll give you the soft-point instead)

a continuation of the Beretta 92 design. will this replace the 92s currently in service? or will the US military ignore this, and go back to 1911s .....?
