my bro-in-law had a ford club wagon and they spent 100T having it repaired. when it acted up again, he searched the internet and found out that he had to clean the contacts of that thing that was causing it to 'parang go on safe mode' and made him travel only 1st gear.

in fairness to citibank, i have 2 credit cards & a checking account there. and they haven't mess up with me. used it tons of times purchasing dvds in the net while in japan & all my transactions with citibank are done online & via phone.
i find the customer service very friendly & engaging.

in fairness to myself, citibank, being a global bank they are disowned the screw up made by citibank indonesia. i sent them emails, i called, i tried to explain the situation to be given an answer that "it's not us, it's citibank indonesia" BULLSHIT. they're a global irresponsible, useless bank as far as i'm concerned. PERIOD.

@migueltan, the one left behind is like orig, with Ericsson engraved on it but 600mah only. The one I bought is plain but 700mah and cost 1 thou.
