Hey guys, have you got the T610... the first few batch...
If you got it, then only you'll feel the pain... especially no replacement but calibration on the audio to fix the "hiss" (which eventually only minimize it and not totally removed)... Ericserve will not replace a new set for you... mark my word!
Got mine from there... and it is W20.. cannot tolerate with the quality of the handset... unexceptable.. from my T68i
Anyway, sell of already.... hopefully, SE buggers will improved it in the upcoming P810!

Yeah.. isn't that pathetic? I happen to be one of the 1st batch users. So screw EricServe and screw SE Malaysia. Its just appalling how they treat their customers.

Well maybe due to the fact I shift from T39 to T610 and the tremendous suffer I have on HBH60 with T39....the noise is just unbearable to me in tht combination. Now T610 is better.
BTW when R1L will be in Ericserve?

@alex, see? I told ya this thread won't die out !! Its bustling with life !! In my opinion the 610 is a con job. They just put this out to shut the observers up. Because if they din release it, there won't be any releases this first half of the year besides the 310 which is another con job, considering wot they did with the 300 users... If they continue with the square design they are screwed... @alex, u long time customer of ericserve Oso they don let? Apa macam punya service..... :-(
