Now this is more like it. If this is true, Sony is really stepping up their game in terms of specs at least. A mid-to-high end device like this if priced/marketed correctly could mean big sales for Sony.

Looks like the image is from the welcome setup screen of the Xperia Z. Here's the update from Xperia Blog:
The image sent over is the same as used in the set up guide for the Xperia Z, despite it clearly not being a picture of the Xperia Z. So either this Sony render is a generic placeholder image used when setting up a new 2013 Sony Xperia handset or it is indeed an image of an upcoming handset that Sony has inadvertently used in the Xperia Z.

It's a fast render based on the front look of the GX/TX as Rubenos has mentioned which tells us that the front might look like that. Also, notice that the signature power button is missing as well as the other protruding buttons which might mean, if indeed this phone is real, that this is not an official render.

The render isn't TX. There's no Xperia logo at the bottom, no buttons round the edges and no clear cut in the top right for the USB. Also it is very slightly too short, TX is taller.
The rumoured spec looks about right though.
