He called me which is good.
You wont believe it but he's British
Anyway, his speciality is dealing with Domain name transferal in regards to Trademark infringment
(did a bit of research on him)
That makes it tougher for me.
I've suggested that I take my index page and link to both Oprahs site and mine with a clear explanation.
He said that might not be good enough and that they want to take my domain.
I said if worst comes to worst, i want money.
Compensation.
Oxygen Mobile is what helps me pay for my Uni fees.
He said that I wouldn't get that much but it's possible.
He asked ME to give him a number. I said no.
So there you have it.
Seems like they just want to take but not give.
He was friendly enough on the phone, but I could tell he was taking what I said word for word and probably taking notes.
