Emirates don't seem to do that. BA are just stingey bastards

The reason is that on average Emirates flight prices are upto 40% MORE than BA! So there is a reason for it. In the same way Emirates drove me home in a streched S-class courtesy of the Airway...you get what you pay for!

u cannot beat easy first choice airlines, Horrible turqoise leather seat covers that smell of every other passenger thats ever sat in the chair your blessed with, plenty of leg room if your a quadropedic if you do happen to have two legs you will probably want to take around 80 asprins and drink at least 3 litres of vodka as to slow down the onset of deep vein thrombosis, saftey features include at least one life jacket per seating isle, carbonmonoxide masks stright from the engines and of course how could i forget the wounderfull in flight entertainment every TV i could see was a differant colour, not by a small bit, by a large bit i watched sharks tale in red while my girlfriend watched it in black and white on advantage is (getting back to the wieght topic) u could take a fully grown male African elephant in your suitcase and you wont be questioned

I fly Monach and they aint let me down so far

I'm waiting for a BA flight right now, at frankfurt, which is delayed 1 hour (take a look here choose departures and route and enter from fra to lgw. actually its just changed from 1 hour late to 52 mins late)

my previous comments were based on my vast experience. on average 48 return flights each year for the 4 years I have been on this contract

so thats 96 sectors just doing lgw-fra and doesn't include anything I do at the weekend which might be half a dozen inter europe flights each year

so just in the last 4 years thats around 400 BA flights and I still stand by my previous comments that I don't like BA. Unfortunately there is no other choice on the lgw-fra route that I need to do

in the last 10 years I've done more than 50 return trips on Qantas from Australia to Europe and have never been let down once though perhaps its unfair to compare long haul and short haul directly

Heres a little trick about the wieght problem. Just put it in your carry on bag. Have you ever wondered WHY the sell luggage at the airport? Kind of messed up, huh? If you have way too much, by a suitcase and just pay for another piece of luggage all together. It is almost always cheaper, around 60 euros, for another suitcase entirely! if you are just a few kilos over, spend 20 euros on a little crappy carry-on, fill it, and laugh at the agent at the desk when you tell him you are not paying anything.

By the way, of all of the talk about horrible airlines, I am surprised that the USA has no mention. ALL OF OUR airlines suck, except for the heathrow o'hare flight with American Airlines. And whatever else their 777 flies to from heathrow.
