first off sorry for being new at this:)
i got my w800 this week from a m8 who upgraded on t-mobile(uk)
im want to de-brand this so if i flash with
W800_R1N035_MAIN_EU_EMEA.DVT
will that do the trick???
also what CDA do i use with davinci?? CDA102430/101? for the uk(o2)

DO NOT update! the new firmware has a few bugs. i upgraded and now i regret for having done it... im waiting for a SonyEricsson reply to my messages regarding this damn buggy firmware...

well i updated to the R1N035 menus seem faster now and my 512Ms seems fine:) and no more t-zones...

There is no risk. I not know any user that killed their phone with the software. Just make sure batterie is good charged, and you read our manuals. Phones that appear dead could always be fixed again

Hi. I have an unbranded w800 with firmware R1L002 (from spain), and the shutter noise is just too loud. What are the steps i should take to install the firmware that allows it to silence?

sorry but I'm a newbie in this. And one other thing, is that firmware as stable as the original?

just go to davinci, download the client, pay them for login account, use the client to download the flash files. EU_2 or EU_1, flash it to the asia pacific CDA, and then if you do it properly you should have the chinese language.
