Immersion have been pressing Sony for compensation and license fees for patent infringments for almost 2 years now, MS were also taken to court, settled, paid for the license and bought a share of the company. MAny mobile phone companies pay them. It's just Sony who refuse to cough up and are still being dogged by them.
