Tint the windows, add the Lexus tail lights, and go for a body kit.
Since your car is Aqua Green and not a common racing colour like Black, Silver, Red, Yellow or White, I'd go for a subtle body kit, not an in-your-face one. Try the standard GTI kit for instance. Make sure you get a spoiler for the top of the hatch, they look good on these.
While I have little specific Peugeot knowledge, I've worked as a mechanic, an alarm / stereo / carkit installer and know alot about engine / suspension mods. PM me if you want to know more.
Edit: Nice link Meths - some cool accessories there. I'd definately buy the door mirror repeaters, they make the car look newer than it is.

yeah, 1, 2, 3 Series Peugeots are girls cars.
Peugeot Rallye Team gives 206 street cred though. Marcus Gronholm cleaned up in it.

All I say to do to it is, colour code the bumpers/side trim, if it hasn’t got fog lights put them in, maybe put on some nice rear clusters/Lexus lights, and nice faint tint on the windows. Maybe stick on a alloy fuel cap (not the plastic ones but the real screw in ones).
As for sound, please don’t drive around with your windows down blearing loads of music out. Maybe I’m getting old but when I see people doing that I can’t help but think knob!

leave the lexus lights out! just darken the indicator and reverse light colours so it looks red and black!!
