Hi, i just had a quick scan of this thread and couldnt find my answers.
So maybe someone could help.
does anyone have the exact date for release of both n92 and n93?
it says second quarter for the n92 and third for n93 on nokias site. can anybody be more exact?
also this t.v thing on the n92. Do u think you will have to pay to watch tv on it and how does it work? do i need a tv license? lol
thanks
Aidan
No you dont have to pay to watch T.V. as the signal comes from directly through television transmission and NOT via phone network as it has its own tv antenna, correct me if i'm wrong.
The only thing obviously you must pay is T.V. license but i guess that is alright as long as your house holds a valid T.V. license, 1 license per house hold they say.

actually....i can see you needing a sky subscription or something on this service. but then again seeing as it does just go through the normal signal, i don't know whether you will need a tv license because it is a battery operated television, and you do not need a license for that. i don't know, but it may be the case that the law will have to be re-written to enable people to have to pay for the tv license for their phone, in the UK. i have no reason to believe that you should not have to pay for the tv license, seeing as you really do need one if you are going to be watching the BBC channels. but at the moment, is there even the network for this to be possible in the UK? this service is DVB-H isn't it?

It doesnt matter if its battery operated or not you still need a licence i mean you even need a licence if you was just using it to watch VCR or DVD through your T.V. so it shows how sensitive they are.
No you dont need a sky subscription for these as it will be using Free View Channels and that is free obviously.

now i just saw something very disturbing,on a romanian site
www.dm.ro (i think) it says that they already have it,including n72.this is very strange because the site seems to be trustworthy and approved by the romanian trade chamber.now i don't know what to think because on the nokia press release it says something like 28 july.what do you guys think?
