How do you check the FW version?

Echoing Masseur, the latest firmware is very impressive. SE responsiveness is also impressive - they are still small enough to be agile even though their development budget is probably very low relative to Nokia.
I have used most of the in-built apps on the M600 except the games & video. As I have never had the "improving performnace" restart issue I can only assume the apps that push the M600 hardware can lead to instability. Having used a PSP for video I would never try to use a Smartphone for watching films.

I had an "insufficient memory" message on my way into the office this morning.
I was downloading a 19kb email. I also noticed that ACM and WEB were closed following that.
cheking storage manager it showed 16mb free so I have no idea what caused that
no battery warning at all (and I didn't recondition my battery

)

@masseur,
need some clarification. Is it the case that with the previous firmware if you had an 'insufficient memory' message you would also get a re-start? I understand from your last post the warning message does not cause a re-start/reset.
PS. Glad to hear about the improved battery monitoring

The "phone was restarted to improve performance" is the most ridiculous error message i have seen in quite a while.
Why's that? It's not an error, heck, even pc games do that to rebuild the cache after an upgrade ...

How can I do a master reset? I found the option to revert to factory settings. Is this the master reset?
My themes have gone nuts, unfortunately. The M600 is now stuck to the default theme and won't open any other. It keeps telling me the file was corrupted and couldn't open.
Thanks for any advice.

@kurowiak
see: Control Panel>Other> Master Reset
PIN is 0000
Do a back-up first and make sure the back-up file is actually created

I've had the "improve performance" reset my phone once while using the web browser on the previous firmware.
