but some HK people said Black and White have different Digital Zoom number on the back!

I wouldn't recommend switching to the N73 in any form for the next 6 months... I got rid of mine because the phone would power down anytime I answered a call. I thought was alone on that one until customers came into my shop and complained of the same thing...
I admit the joypad on the W850 is unconventional, but I have had mine for a couple of days and I'm used to it now... at least there will be no more sticky joystick issues!
