If your making your decision on price then choose the 3250 its cheaper if price is not a problem then i say go for the w850i better screen better accessories and of the two its the newer model.

The Nokia N75 & 6290 are both slightly thicker and I mean slightly - their thinner than the W810 - than the Moto Razr.
