just upgraded to new FW. Everything going well apart from the fact that I can't (at the moment) seem to reinstall my copies of SWISS MANAGER PRO and LCG jukebox, getting "runtime error" message when I try to install. Haven't had enough time to judge new FW yet, seems faster.

Hi all, glad to see the new year is getting off to a good start.
I have an O2 "branded" handset and am from the UK. The system info for my handset is as follows;
Thanks
Branded handset and country versions (not Generic World firmware) are issued weeks later. Usually one month later for country versions and a couple of months for branded phones! (Vodafone, O2 etc)

Marc_SE: No, I've reinstalled bb connect to see if it would fix things. It just doesn't work. The inbox isn't placed in the messages window and it doesn't populate my calender even tough it actually says I'm connected to the service.

@dengi
Thanks for that. Thankfully my handset has not been too problematic in the 5 week I have had it, so another month or so isn't going to be too long to wait.
Good luck to all those who have updated and we look forward to the feedback.

f**k! Updated to new version but still have the problem when I start the camera with camera button or the shutter it locks the whole phone. I have to take out the battery to get it work again. I'm going nutz. Should have bought HTC instead.

One thing i`ve noticed,(don`t know if it`s just my phone)When you`re installing apps,it does`nt give you the option to install it in the phones memory or the memory card.Everthing just goes to the memory card.

not true...that only happens with apps you had instaled before, and that are prompted for reinstall...with fresh install, it should appear both options (it did for me)
