upto $136 profit now, but would have been a lot more, as i was upto the $45 bet in the system when connection to the site was lost
it wasnt my internet connection as i could still browse other sites, spoke to the 24/7 help and there is no way to go back to the same table you were on if you get disconnected, so the system was ruined after betting $133 through no fault of my own
still, in healthy profit so alls good

Just signed up for this, deposited the $200 and got it matched 100% straight away. I then tried to withdraw the $200, but it didnt update straight away, although it said it was a success my balance was $400.
I then went to a table and tried to spin the wheel without betting, but accidently placed some chips on the board. i got rid of these again and clicked spin. But my balance was at $393 at this point. So i tired to withdraw the $200 again (in case it had not worked), it said you couldnt withdraw that much, but then let me withdraw $193.
so in summary
I had $400 balance
withdrew $200 (but it didnt deduct it from my balance)
betted $6 (maybe 7) but didnt spin
withdrew $193 (but it probably didnt work, since it was the bonus)
remaining balance $7.
not really enough to begine betting with.
Just hope i get my money back and that the bonus is either returned so I can bet with it, or ends up in my account anyway. Anyone else had similar problems?

hi mate, go on the cashier, press cash out, then click reverse cash out, you should then see your cash outs which are being processed and you can reverse the cashout, so if you have 2 withdrawals, one at $200 and one at $193 then reverse the $193 one

I have 8meg internet so its not my end, but things take ages to update especially placing chips in bets.
as it stands, i've made $3 so far, with my $7, im sure once I get used to it (and get my 193$ back it will be better) but the thing is I only meant to bet $1 but it picked $3 for some reason.
no bother since I won this time, but could get annoying!

no sign of the first $200, ive successfully reversed it so I have $203 in my account again. Trouble is, technically this could still be my money, so I dont want to risk betting it, what I will do is wait a few days to see my bank statement then return.
