wazzup to my fellow pinoys! especially to my fellow la sallista's! left dlsu recently and recently transferred to the states. Using the T68 that i bought in the P.I. and works perfectly fine with the system here only problem still stuck with the R1C cause i gotta wait to go back to pinas to get it upgraded in semicon. All I gotta say is semicon really sucks so if you guys gt any complaints, call the ericcson mobile helpdesk. They are the ones that actually takes heed to your problems! peace out

The latest version of EricSong is now called
FunnyPhone.
re: Pre-paid vs Post-paid services
Ferrarista44, Tama ka dyan. I have long held that opinion that pre-paid users should be getting all services that post-paid users get. Unfortunately, nag-sawa na ako kahihintay so I switch to a post-paid line.
I also believed then that Pre-paid users should get their services at a lower cost.

hello fellow pinoys

kudos to the guy who decided to create this post for filipino t68 users!
i've been reading through the thread and there was previous mention that Semicon can do software upgrade of t68. i was wondering though how long this will take. just a couple of minutes or will i have to leave the unit with them for a couple of days?
how about a local ericsson service center (teka, do they have one in manila?)
thanks in advance

you can wait for your phone during the upgrade process. it shouldn't take more than 30 mins.
semicon is an only official service point in the philippines. there's another along st. francis at ortigas, SMARTNET 5/F Sn Miguel Properties Bldg

racoonice,
pre-paid subscription = no gsm data, no gprs. your option is to go postpaid.
pareng arnoldc,
Correct me if I'am wrong. Before kasi I'am a prepaid subscriber but I have a gsm data. I decided to have a postpaid to have an access to gprs.
