My first car was a Ford Escort I pulled out of 5 feet of grass, no windscreen and no battery. But I put a new battery in and rolled it down the hill and it roll started first time. It was a paddock basher, never registered. My second paddock basher was a Honda Civic 1979 model.

My first on the road registered car was a 1970 VG Valiant 4 door (that's a dodge in yankland) (not a pacer unfortunately but still a nice vehicle), followed by:
Datsun 180B (high torque little motor, independent suspension, great rally car),
Holden VL Commodore Turbo (ex police),
Holden Kingswood HJ,
Holden Kingswood HZ (was built as a race car but never raced - tripple SU 6 cylinder, lumpy cam, lowered heavy duty suspension, one of my favourite cars ever for pure grunt and wheel spinning fun),
Hyundai Lantra (Mitsubishi GSR motor, great rally car)
then my current car, also my all time favourite car (atleast of those that I have owned myself):
Peugeot 405 SRI, the best handling of any car I've owned or driven. Could do with more power, but the road handling outpaces even many new cars on the road.

This is my first car - still got it! Sleeping for the winter. Nearly ten years i've had the wee bugger, been through quite a few facelifts. I've got an MG ZR that I use every day too.
