It won't switch radio stations on my K850i. Not sure to what extent this is firmware related.

I'd say it wasnt firmware related, just clean the gold thingys at the bottom of the phone... and the bottom of the headphones. If no luck then....

I just bought them too, but they turned out to be fake. (I'm sure of it).
The sound quality is so poor and the screen is shorter and less crisp than the one advertised on the Sony Ericcson webpage. I thought I could save a few pounds by buying it of Ebay (for £33!). I'm just about to start a dispute and try and get a refund.
I've taken a photo of it using my K850 and would like feedback and your opinions. The LED display does not turn on while photos are being taken.

I think it looks normal, it's the same as the one i have, the display doesn't cover the whole black bit. But i got no complaints about the sound quality, it's great
