I used to do 6 - 8 hrs sessions on Esato regularly, even 10hrs (like last night) is not unusal for me, but then thats mainly because of the timezone difference here downunder

@brix - Just a query here matey . . . if my mathematical-prowess serves me RIGHT . . . an ENTIRE day is mainly consist of - 24 hours
